Centurion BoP gives loans upto 85% of the total tuition fees with a 100% collateral and an interest rate ~ 10%. PSU banks give loans of up to 15-20 lakhs with an interest rate ~11%
US Loans: these are a good option provided you have a guarantor in the US. You can get lower interest rates and a longer repayment duration.

A lot depends on which campus you decide to spend more time in...Fonty or Singapore...Housing costs are similar but other costs are quite different...Singapore tends to be more affordable...
